The Centrella Hotel, a Kirkwood Collection Hotel in Pacific Grove, provided a charming and historic retreat. the Victorian-style rooms were cozy and adorned with antique fixtures, perfect for a romantic getaway. the location was ideal, just a short walk from Lover Point Beach and the city center, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and cultural sites. The staff was warm and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed the simple yet healthy breakfast options, including a delightful yogurt parfait and freshly baked scones. the afternoon wine and cookie hour in the beautiful garden was a lovely touch, allowing us to relax and mingle with other guests. The hotel's dog-friendly policy was a bonus, as we were able to bring our furry companion along for the trip. the amenities such as complimentary WiFi, bicycles for rent, and ticket assistance for local attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium added to our overall experience. Overall, the Centrella Hotel offered a unique blend of history, charm, and comfort, making it a wonderful choice for a memorable stay in Pacific Grove.
